What if Fast Food Had Nutrition Labels?

The government requires labels on all the food we buy at the grocery store. Everything we pick up has a label to quickly identify it Nutritional Value to you the consumer. It isn't as easy at a restaurant. Even though they are required to have nutritional information available it is not printed on the wrapper, plate or container it is served up in.

We found this site called dietfacts.com which has a breakdown of foods at 414 different Restaurants. Just pick your favorite Restaurant from the list and a page of that restaurants selections will appear. Now select your favorite from the menu, click on it and it will give you the nutritional label, just like the grocery store.

You may have second thought on your favorites after seeing this.
