Little or no rest between exercises.
The more repetitions per station the more benefit to the targeted area. The combination of exercises will raise and lower your heart rate throught the prescibed period of work. This is an added health benefit to yor endurance training and heart health. Always cool down afterward allowing your heart rate to return to normal rate .
